Absolutely not! We do what is best for you. We can complete your quote by email or over the phone. Some people prefer an in-home estimate and we are happy to do so.
We supply all cleaning supplies as a practice. If there are specific products that you want us to use, you supply them and we will use them. We use mostly green products to protect you, your family and your pets.
We prefer to use your vacuum but we can provide one if needed. If we can use yours there is less risk of cross-contamination between houses.
Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.
Scheduling Questions
We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.
It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know. You can hide a key, give us the door code or we can maintain a key in the office so we can access your house on cleaning day.
We do our best to be "right on time." But, we do have a one-hour arrival window to account for traffic, going over on the previous house or weather. If we are going to be more than 30 minutes early or late we will call you.
You are charged after the cleaning has been completed.
No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. We choose to work together as long as it is good for all of us.

In the footer of this page is a link to our cleaning checklist. All of our cleaners are trained to follow this checklist.
Cleaning supplies aren’t included by default. This ensures your cleaner uses the products you like and there isn’t any cross-contamination from house to house.
However, if you don’t have supplies, we can bring them for an additional charge of $10 per visit ($15 for move-in/out cleanings). You can opt-in to this option from your customer dashboard. Also, you can click here to see a list of items to have on hand. Please note: we always use your vacuum and mop/bucket so please be sure to have those items on-hand.
We offer a range of services from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning. You can see the different services by visiting the front page and clicking on the “Services” button halfway down the page.
Only one cleaner is sent to your home. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person going forward. For larger homes, we may send 2 cleaners.
Absolutely. All cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks, and in-person interviews.
